One of the perks of being an event photographer is that I sometimes get to meet and photograph celebrities.  At a recent corporate event, hosted at The Ville, Townsville, meeting Miguel (celebrity chef from The Living Room) was one of those special occasions.  Miguel certainly is a character and knows how to keep a crowd entertained.  He has so much energy and passion for what he does and it was amazing to see how that transpired to the team of wonderful chefs at The Ville, as they worked alongside Miguel to prepare a scrumptious 3 course meal.  Miguel even roped in a few of the attendees to help with the plating up and they loved it!  I learnt that Miguel is not only a talented chef, but not too shabby as a singer, as he joined the band for a short session and belted out a tune or two!  I’m sure everyone had a great night of food, entertainment and laughs… oh, and I managed to sneak a little shot with Miguel too :)

Olive canapes – not actually an olive, but a fusion of olive puree, done in a bath to solidify it into the shape of an olive, but the texture of a mouse… exquisite taste sensation! Paerlla
