Mount Isa comes alive with fishing madness during the weekend of the Fishing Classic. With over $50,000 up for grabs in the prize pool and a weekend of great family activities it is little wonder this is such a well attended event.  If you ever get the chance to experience the Fishing Classic I would definitely recommend it.  The awesome crew from channel 7’s  ‘Creek to Coast’ came along to join in the fun and film for an upcoming episode, so make sure you keep a watch in the next few episodes (Saturdays, 5pm, Channel 7).  In the meantime, enjoy a little snapshot of the activities and fun over the weekend.
