The town of Lancelin is nestled between the turquoise blue ocean and a white blanket of sand dunes, making it such a picturesque place to visit.  The best fun can be had by trying your skills at sandboarding down the massive dunes.  Make sure you have good energy reserves as you will need them when you start the ascent back up the dunes.  We met a great couple at the top of the dunes, Steve and Janice.  They had been traveling through Western Australia and seemed to be having loads of fun on the dunes.  I love meeting new people on our holidays and listening to their stories of their travels.  I look forward to catching up with them again at some stage down the track.
